A piece of the 22 mm stiff rubber tube was connected to the water pump and routed to the right side of the water cooler. Likewise, another piece of the tube was connected to the water expansion tank and to the left side of the water cooler. This tube is really stiff but can be handled if it is heated a bit. Before fixing the tubes to the cooler it is necessary to check the position of the cooler against the cowling because the cooler need to take a very horisontal attitude not to grind against the cowling and for this the lenght and the stiffness of the connecting tube is key. It's a bit of work getting it right but quite manageable. The expansion tank was also fitted with a tube connected to the overflow bottle. All other water cooling tubes (to and from the cylinders) are already pre-routed by Rotax at delivery.
