The Ray Allen G205 stick grip on the pilot side as well as the G101 PTT grip on the passenger side came all pre-wired from the ICP so there wasn't much to do but to attach the grip handles to the flying stick. Easy and comfortable! I don't know if I suceeded to find the best route for the cable from the stick to the seat. Problem is that the stick moves and so does the cable. My arrangement doesn't look good but it seems to work. Before entering the instrument panel the threads "1" and "3" of the trim stick cable needs to connect to the "white" and "red" threads of the trim servo cable arriving from the rear of the fuselage. Also the "ptt" threads from the pilot and the passenger side need to be bridged either before or at the instrument panel. The power thread will have a 0.5 amp "hang fuse" before connecting to the avionik bus (ie the power thread marked "GIRO" in the ICP harness).
