The brakes and pedal system caused me a lot of sweat! First, after complete assembly I had to remove everything when I realised that I was going to have a carpet on board. Well, I should have known. Second, it is a tough job to organise the direction of all the inlet/outlet pipes of the four brake cylinders to fit the hydraulic lines and to allow full left/right rudders allowing all parts free movement without getting squeezed. On top of that, it's not the most comfortable position to work in. Of copurse it would have been much easier with brakes only on the pilot side. However, this is not an option if you are going to use the plane with a teacher onboard (at least not in Sweden). Also, installed the ICP parking brake system which was simple once you understand the manual (or the lack of it). This is a very neat and elegant system but there is one bolt which is an absolut nightmare to tighten. Lots of superglue, special tools, small fingers, unusual language and of course ...time.
