- Installed an extension piece to the side baffle to adjust for the angled cylinder head of the IO-360 - Radiused both the side baffle extension and the RHS of the front baffle to achieve a smooth transition and drilled and rivetted the pieces in place - Prepared a radiused joiner piece between the intake and the vertical wall of the centre baffle to achieve a smooth transition. Drilled and rivetted the pieces in place
Note: The front right quarters of the baffle (RHS centre, front and side baffle) are all rivetted together and form a single baffle piece which can be removed during engine maintenance without drilling out any rivets as a single piece
