- Initial fibreglass lay-up of light housings using standard PVC fittings - Additional layers of carbon fibre added for strength - Prepared heatsinks from 1/4" aluminium and installed springloaded hold/adjustment bolts - Prepared light mounting plates (housing backplates) and fibreglassed to light housings - Cut holes into nosebowl, installed light housing in nosebowl and epoxied same after alignment check - Strengthened joint with fibreglass tape and flaired installation with polyester resin mixed with microballoons - Puttied and sanded installation ready for painting
