Brief Description:  Bottom Cowl Rail Modification

Modification to forward bottom rail connection to nosebowl

- To allow easy removal of bottom cowl without having to remove spinner, propeller and nosebowl the bottom rail forward connection required a modification:

* Bottom rail was cut approximately 5" from the nosebowl lap
* Channel to provide lap was then bent and trimmed to fit inside the existing rail and then rivetted to channel/cowling
* Nutplates (2 #6 and 1 #10) were fitted to the 5" rail
This modification allows the removal of the 5" channel from the rail and hence the entire bottom cowl can be slid forward and then removed from airframe.
