Brief Description: Section 17-3, Fitting ribs and Splice Strips
Saturday morning, I got up early to go fly a photo mission over Houston and enjoyed the 2 hours in the C-172. It was a nice flight before the 100 plus temperatures arrived.
I started working on the leading edge wing ribs once again and re-fluted them with a better understanding of where they needed more persuasion to lay properly. The ribs where fit into the leading edges with much better results.
Section 17-3 step 7 is where i decided to stop at. I jumped to Section 19 to install the access panel cut out for the stall warning switch. See Section 19 info dated 8/20/2011 for further details.
