Section 19 installs the stall warning access hatch cutout and also notches the leading edge location for the stall switch tab. I choose to do Step1 - Step 8 plus Step 9-10 and Step 14-15. This allowed easy access to the leading edge left wing. I will prep these parts with the parts in Section 17 and 18.
