I have been putting off this task, hoping it would "go away". I'd now like to get the wings, at least, done before they are moved away for storage.
Justin had given me some Superfil, which someone in the US had also used for the same task. I am hoping this won't fall out after painting.
I am removing any rough spots off the tops of the rivets with a Scotchbrite wheel in the die-grinder. Then packing the filler in with a dental spatula, and finally finishing with my big finger. After 6 hours I had done the top surface of wing and most of the top surface of the second wing. My big finger now has no fingerprints ;-)
