Here's some pictures showing the progress on the cowling. There's still more to do, but not as part of the Finishing Kit. Next work is part of the Firewall Forward kit.
Picture 1 shows the finished oil access door.
Picture 2 shows the wee door that secures the two hinge pins that run across the top of the cowl.
Picture 3 show the finished product. Not very pretty, until it gets painted. If I was to do this again, I would install the pitot tube at the very end of the process. In spite of my warning flag, I managed to prod myself numerous times.
