The red stripe (Picture 1) is a bead of high temperature sealant being applied to the firewall perimeter. The fuselage is still on its side, so this is the port side.
Picture 2 shows one the the two Canopy Ribs. Lots of work here, attaching a doubler (to the right) with solid rivets, and nutplates galore.
Picture 3 shows the two Instrument Stack Angles that support the central instrument panel.
