This is the second part of this step - to rivet the forward wing tip skin. This is the funny shaped piece that has a tail that wraps round the leading edge and along the bottom.. Picture 1 shows the top, and picture 2 the bottom.
The top picture shows the hand hold. There's a stray rivet shop head within the hand hold area. This is the outboard rivet from Attach Angle riveted at Page 13-03 Step 3. If I had known then I would have installed the outermost rivet the other way around, so that the machine head sits within the hand hold.
