It's a long job preparing all of the wing skins. The edges and the holes need to be deburred. Because it is so easy to scratch the skins, I also decided to try to keep the blue protective plastic on the outside surface, for the time being at least. This meant more work with the soldering iron to remove the plastic along the lines of rivet holes. I also marked which rivet holes on the outside of the skins will be overlapped with another skin. These edges will need to be primed even though they are on the outside surface. Will be fun spraying these - not.
