Brief Description: Rudder rear spar and stiffners

Drilled and deburred rear spar and countersunk striker plates. Assembled and final drilled all stiffners and upper and lower reinforcement plates. Attached then final drilled counterbalance rib. Deburred LT & RT rudder skins. Trimmed trailing edge to fit. Attached rudder skins and final drilled all holes common to skins and rudder skeleton.
