Drilled the exit hole for the tail wiring and installed grommets. Then attached the rudder and both elevators. Took some time to get the alignment of the rudder, and getting the nuts started was challenging as well, especially in a twenty something degree hangar. I could see my breath, despite the propane heater running full blast right at me. I attached the rudder to the rudder cables, with the exception of the cotter pins, which I didn't have with me.
