Brief Description:  Air vents

Fabricated the flanges for the air vents, deburred and primed and painted the face, and riveted them together and onto the airplane. Installed the vents. I had to use a thin spacer on the right vent, because without it, the retaining "nut" on the backside couldn't get snug enough to keep the vent from rotating when it was opened or closed from the inside. With the spacer, the vent worked great. No issues on the left vent. These are really nice looking vents from Stein. Then I worked on the throttle quadrant again. Finally got it pretty much in, but I'll have to take it out again to put the upholstery on, so I didn't tighten every thing down.
