Primed and prepped the elevator stop, and riveted and bolted in place. Then I trimmed the vertical stab forward spar per the plans, and then fitted and match drilled the forward spar attachment bracket, that attaches to the HS. Then I put the Vertical Stab in place, measured multiple times to get it perfectly vertical (within 1/16th of an inch) and then clamped in place, measured again, and then drilled the rear spar to the elevator stop, and bolted in place. Then I remeasured, and clamped the forward spar in place, and match drilled for #30 rivets. Finally, I put the elevator on, just for fun, and to see where I had to make adjustments in the attachment bearings. They all look good except for the bottom one , which needs to be screwed in a bit.
