Drilled the bottom skin onto the right flap. Flipped it over and put the cleco's into the drilled holes and then cleco'd on the top skin, and then the leading edge skins. Drilled everything, including the aft edge, which is aligned by fitting it behind the other flap's trailing edge. Getting those nose skins on was a real trick, finally solved by using duct tape. Lots of it. Straps would have been easier, and I may pick some of those up before I start the left flap. I may have screwed up the 906B plates, by drilling them before aligning them with the rib. I have an email into Vans, and will order parts if necessary. No biggie.
