Finished fabricating all 28 aileron stiffeners, 14 for each aileron, 7 on the top side, 7 on the bottom. Cut them rough with the snips and band saw, then smoothed the edges with the scotch wheel. Drilled them into the skins, marked them and the skins for easier replacement after deburring and priming and dimpling. Double checked the correct skin side because that seems to be a common mistake, riveting the stiffeners to the wrong side of the skin, or backwards so that the holes in the skin and the aileron spar do not match up.
