Brief Description:  Trailing edge

Riveted last 4 rivets that hold the skin to the counterbalance skin on, and the tough rivet inside the leading edge. Used conventional bucking for the 4 rivets from behind, and for the one last tough one, used a modified crow bar to buck that rivet. Then riveted on the ribs to the skin, leaving the last three holes open as instructed. Then I clamped and screwed my piece of angle to the bench, clamped the trailing edge with the trailing edge wedge at the proper edge distance, to the angle on either side of the middle hole. Drilled it, cleco'd it and then the hole on either side of that, and so on and so on until the entire trailing edge was cleco'd to the angle and the bench. I used a cardboard cut out template for the 84 degree drilling angle I took while drilling the trailing edge. Next I'll deburr and dimple and countersink, then I'll be ready for more pro-seal!
