Spent all day figuring out how to get a hangar built and my local airport. Think I have it figured out and I drew up my hangar plans, and my proposed location and sent it to the mayor's office. They are supposed to conviene the airport commission and vote yes or no about my big plan. We'll see. Spent a little time over at my EAA local chapter presidents house checking out his RV-6A. We're pretty much in the same place, his engine is hung, but he's going to remove it to put on the gear and move it to the airport. He's coming over on monday with our local A&P and my technical counselor to hang my engine! That will be cool. Before I can hang it, I have a few things to do, like install the propellor govenor. Which I did tonight. Tight space with the wrench, so it took a while. Figured out I have to rotate the arm of the govenor, for my cable run, so I'll have to do that tomorrow or the next day. Waiting until after the engine is hung would be really tough. Safety wiring and all that.
