Brief Description: Riveting aft top fuselage
|

Riveted the aft section of the top fuselage on today. Was a little tough on some of the rivets doing it by myself, and I have the smiles to prove it. Few places will need a little touch up. I scotchbrited the worst of them, and I'll polish them out someday, unless I paint first! Then I started looking into the fuel pump arangement. Also conversed yesterday with Trio avionics and they are going to send me a bracket for the pitch servo, free of charge, on Monday. Talk about great service. I just told them that I had the roll servo installed, and am going to install the pitch servo too, which I am, and he said he would send me the bracket. Also ordered the strobe power supply, so I can get that bracket mounted, and the forward section of the aft top tail skin riveted on soon.
