Fabricated braces for the seat backs, and used the fly cutter to cut out the lightening holes. Drilled to final size the holes for both seat backs. Deburred, prepped and primed seat back parts. Discovered I put one hinge on upside down, so turned it over, and drilled out the new holes. I'll just have a few extra "lightening" holes in my seat back. It will be under the seat cushion, so no big deal. The other hinge was upside down too, on the other seat, but when I flipped it over, all the holes matched up anyway. Guess I measured more carefully on the other seat. Cleco'd all the seat back parts back together ready to rivet.
