Brief Description:  705 Bulkhead

Drilled the other side of each seat belt anchor. Used 3 popcycle sticks for the sandwich distance between anchors. Clamped them on, drilled #40 pilot hole, enlarged to #30 and then #12 and reamed to proper size. Dissasembled and deburred all holes. Drilled hole for electric in the 705A. Fabricated parts for the top of the 705, including the J Angles, the K plates and the L seat adjustment supports, and got the angles drilled to the F Channel. Used 2 popcycle sticks for the required distance for the angles to the channel. This particular bulkhead is taking some time.... lots of fabrication and less and less instruction, as advertised by other builders. I figure I just take my time, measure two or three times, clamp, measure again, and drill.
