Clamped the 705B, C and H to the 705A and match drilled. First I clamped on the 705B, and located my centerline I drew yesterday. Drilled holes. Then drew centerlines and the 1/4 inch edge distance for the doubler hole at the "point" of the doubler. Drilled holes. Finally, clamped the H between the bars, drilled a pilot hole and reamed all holes to size. Drilled a hole in one of the Seatbelt anchors, put a 3/16th inch shim (three popcycle sticks) between it's mate and clamped it down. Bolted that to the 705A and prepared for match drilling the other side of that particular seatbelt anchor.
