while I sill wait for my transmission, I wanted to get my rotor blades finished. I did not want to paint them and decided to sand and buff them. This is quite the job. Started out with 600 paper and worked my way to 1000-, 1500- and then 2000 sandpaper. Then I copounded the surface with Nuvite cpmpound. After this I used finer Nuvite polishing compound. Takes a lot of time and musle just to finish one side of a blade
