Brief Description: preparing tanks for cover plate installation
Made a sanding disk out of a couple of nylon pieces on my lathe. The diameter of the small part on the front fits the hole in the tankor guidanmce and OD of the bigger piece determines the max diameter of the sealing surface. Started out with 80 grid sandpaper and pinished the surface with 320 grit paper. There are still some sratch marks from sanding, but they are all concenric and should provide a good sealing surface for the O-ring seal.Clamped the sandpaper between the 2 blocks. The
