Watched BJ's video on how to drill polycarbonate sheets and how to install the windshield and did some proctice drilling with a dull #27 drill and experimented with different drills and counter sinks until I could drillclean holws into polycarbonate sheet. I went slow with the drilling which heats up the plastic and it willot break. Going too slow with drilling creats too much heat and the hole starts to wander.
