Brief Description: Fitting Cabin halves toseat pan
Today I started working on putting the cabin halves onto the seat pan. I marked and sanded all rough edges from the shells. i used my belt sander with some 180 grit paper. Started fitting these halves to the airframe and seat pan, Took the shells off quite a few times to trim off material where I had interference problems. The collective lever potentiometer housing interferred with the cabin shell and I needed to enlage the hole quite a bit. Eventually I got everything to fit well.
