Reinspected engine bay; touched up contact points on spinner backing plate. Installed bottom cowl and rotated prop; heard rubbing of plate on cowl. Disassembled; contact wear marks on nose bowl in unusual place. Attributed to flexibility of bottom cowl when installed alone; not representative of wear during flight. Refitted cowling and checked fit; secure and stable with no rubbing. Further flight testing will reveal if any additional work is required. Refitted SD card and pilot seat wedge.
