Removed cowling and inspected. Found source of additional oil leak: oil return fitting on #3 cylinder head had come loose. Cleaned oil off all affected surfaces, retightened fitting; torqued and sealed all fittings. Inspected all components thoroughly for any additional leaks; cleaned oil off fuel pump but no leaks detected. Could be residual from reinstalling oil lines; will reinspect after next flight.
