Attempts to fit baffle plugs revealed that they did not fit correctly. The screw shanks were too long and the cones of the Tinnerman washers were too deep; the assembly could not be tightened. Reamed out two fender washers to fit bolts, added standard AN960-10 washers to assembly. Caulked bottom of baffle holes with Permatex Hi Temp sealant; put screws and Tinnerman washers in place, added washers and lock nuts to back side and cinch up assembly. Forced sealant into remaining hardware gaps; tightened, torqued and sealed
