Taxiied to compass rose for magnetometer calibration. Engine had to be shut down and Tom pushed aircraft around the compass rose as directed by the system to capture calibration points; calibration was successful. Taxiied back to hangar and took care of a few more minor details. Further work required will include downloading and installing current databases, checking again for transponder software updates, troubleshoot EGT issue and order new probe, reset flap stops and eliminate unused secondary bus voltage gauge.
