Engine quit in runup area during tank switch; suspect valve was not all the way into detent. Restarted and taxiied back to hangar, checking brakes and capturing phone video. #2 EGT still inop. Shut down and debriefed with Curt Martin, Harry Manvel and Eric Kirkwood.
