Plugged in preheater and battery tender; checked avionics for CHT and EGT display. Used ForeFlight checklist to do preflight inspection; right fuel sump leaked slightly after sumping fuel, but resealed with some fiddling. Pushed aircraft onto ramp and started for taxi test. Engine stalled once after starting; restarted ok.
