Tried to operate the flaps with cockpit switch; more wiring/circuit breaker research required. Operated flap motor directly from battery to raise to highest level. Taped flaps in fully raised position; aligned rod end bearings with bolt holes in flap actuator weldment ends. Bolted rod ends to weldment ends; tightened pushrod jam nuts; torqued and sealed all nuts. Tested flap travel; nominal; raised to up position. Test fit wing tips; checked alignment of nut plates to screw holes; adjusted as required.
