Clecoed K1000-08 nut plates to outside of bulkhead flange; match drilled #40 rivet holes. Final drilled nut plate screw holes to 3/16"; deburred all holes. Dimpled rivet holes and nut plate ears; riveted nut plates to inside of bulkhead flange. Picked up pouch from Bill's Custom Canvas.
