Brought pocket panel to hangar; used rubber moulding pieces as spacer to simulate fabric wrap thickness. Match drilled aft screw hole to screw size; match drilled forward screw holes to #30 prior to drilling nut plate rivet holes. Brought pocket panel back to shop; final-drilled screw holes to 3/32". Prepped and cleaned outer surface of panel; trimmed and masked fabric section. Sprayed fabric and panel with contact cement; after 15 minutes set up time, applied panel to fabric and pressed down firmly to affix. Left to cure for 24 hours.
