Unmasked fuselage. Lightly sanded perimeter of white area to knock down the raised edges; wipe clean. Trimmed second red stripe stencil to size; applied red stripe stencils to both sides of fuselage. Remasked fuselage; wiped down stripe areas with wiping solvent. Mixed and sprayed red basecoat for stripes. When paint was dry to the touch, unmasked fuselage and removed outer and inner stencils.
