Determined best location for new hole to improve tail strobe cable routing. Removed rudder and drilled a #40 hole through the vertical stabilizer spar and aft fuselage bulkhead. Removed vertical stabilizer and upsized holes in fuselage bulkhead and vertical stabilizer spar to 1/4" separately; deburred all hole edges. Removed one layer of heat shrink tubing from tail strobe cable and routed cable through new hole. Mixed small batch of floxed expoy and applied around cable and new hole on forward side to help stabilize cable.
