Mounted rudder to vertical stabilizer, routing tail strobe wiring through rudder bottom. Torqued and sealed bolts, nuts and washers. Attached rudder cables to rudder horns. Attached tailwheel springs and chains to tailwheel steering bar and rudder horns.
