Reinstalled elevator onto horizontal stabilizer and trim tab onto elevator. Set block in between trim tab and elevator to hold trim tab in neutral in-trail position. Vernier travel is 10 turns lock-to-lock; set vernier at midpoint of 5 turns (neutral). Screwed trim anchor bracket onto cable to approximate position and screwed clevis onto cable rod more than halfway. Placed pin through clevis to attach cable to trim tab. Clecoed cover plate to anchor bracket and screwed cover plate to elevator; cable alignment and neutral trim tab neutral position both good. Ran vernier lock-to-lock and check travel; all good.
