Brief Description:  Left Elevator Skin Work pt. 1

Called Van's Builder Support to ask about dimpling or countersinking K1100-06 platenuts to fit dimples in E-615PP trim access reinforcement plate. It may have been a better course to countersink the plate rather than dimpling, but riveting platenuts to the dimples should not pose a problem since the screws for the trim access cover will hold everything together; the rivets are merely a way to locate the platenuts. Ordered one missing platenut from parts department. Clecoed and riveted available platenuts onto trim access reinforcement plate. Clecoed left elevator skin onto skeleton and plot anle of trailing edge for making tab bending blocks. Cut scrap sheet pieces and trace tabs for practice bends. Research tab bending methods.
