Riveted HS-609PP bars to HS-603PP rear spar channels. Riveted HS-412PP and HS-413PP hinge brackets to rear spar assembly. Bolted HS-411PP center bearing assembly to rear spar assembly. Did not torque bolts; torque wrench needed calibrated to in/lbs.
