During preflight, noticed forward tailwheel spring retaining clips were rotated and hung up on steering arm holes. Corrected and safety wired in place. After flying, post flight inspection revealed more seepage from manifold block. Tightened bottom two sensors an additional turn and tightened Allen set screw. More cowl rubbing suspected.
