Removed aft harness anchors; deflected straps enough to insert bolts from top. Test fit castle nuts with standard washers; not enough cotter pin clearance. Swapped to thin washers; torqued castle nuts and secured with cotter pins. Routed Hooker aft shoulder harnesses through bulkhead and anchors; secured with buckles.
