Brief Description: Upper Intersection Fairing Work pt. 9
Drilled 11/64" holes for tee nuts in right upper intersection fairing. Punched prong divots; pressed tee nuts in lower flange. Squeezed prongs to secure tee nuts and test assembled. Brought tools and fairings to hangar; reamed and countersunk screw holes for Tinnerman washers and installed upper intersection fairings. Heat treated right fairing with heat gun to help reshape to correct contour. More refinement required prior to paint, but fairings are airworthy for first flight.
