Brief Description: Upper Intersection Fairing Work pt. 2
Determined locations for outer two mounting screws; drilled #30 pilot holes. Left intersection fairing fit well; right one did not. Used file and heat gun to reshape right fairing slightly to fit better. Marked matching screw holes on wing fairings; removed fairings and drilled pilot holes. Transfer was off slightly; holes in intersection fairings adjusted or redrilled. Clecoed nut plates to wing fairings and match drilled rivet holes. Final drilled screw holes to 3/16"; dimpled rivet holes and nut plate ears. Riveted nut plates to wing fairings.
