Drilled holes in pocket panel for rivets; perforated pouch where required. Riveted pouch flap snaps to panel. Tried to rivet pouch to panel; solid rivets failed to engage inner washers. Drilled out solid rivets and secured pouch with blind rivets and washers. Installed assembly in aircraft and tested with Ultimate Gust lock; works as intended.
