Ordered matching seat canvas from Classic Aero Designs. Determined dimensions for left side fuselage pocket to hold Ultimate Gust Lock. Assembled cardboard buck to use as a form for the pouch that will fit between bulkheads. Cut aluminum panel to shape that will mount to bulkhead flanges. Cut canvas to shape of panel with 3/4" extra around border; trimmed corners for overlaying. Added butcher paper to top of buck to model canvas closure flap.
